The new model home park at Meyer Ranch in New Braunfels is officially open, and to celebrate the occasion, more than 170 realtors, builders, and real estate professionals came together for a fun-filled grand opening event that showcased the vibrancy of the community and its ongoing growth.
The event unveiled eight new model homes and introduced the latest phase of development, which includes over 200 homesites – with plans for an additional 200+ homesites expected later this year.

Attendees were treated to a food and wine tour across the model home park, allowing guests to savor local flavors while exploring the new homes, and the thanks to the incredible Gruene Hat Company, everyone who showed up also received a custom cowboy hat so they could bring a bit of Hill Country charm back home.
