The $3.5 million renovation of the second floor and the $1 million upgrade to the first floor are expected to be completed this year, with the hotel’s grand reopening also planned for later this year. The Town Center at Creekside is expanding, offering exciting new retail and entertainment options, right next to I-35. This 400-acre center is expanding and focusing on family dining and entertainment, while also introducing luxury shopping. Families will soon be enjoying a renovated EVO Entertainment, bringing an expanded menu of attractions and food. With additional dining and retail options proposed, including the anticipated arrival of Topgolf, this area is becoming a top spot for both longtime residents and families relocating to New Braunfels. Luxury shopping is also not left behind with a proposed 25,000-square-foot Nordstrom location in the works. Organic produce store, Sprouts Farmers Market, is also slated to open later this year.
